Guildline?
- Ariive 15 min early before each class, late attendance will
not be allowed into the class
- Come to class on an empty stomach and well hydrated ?
- Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances when coming to
class ?
- Leave classroom quietly after class, do not disturb other
people resting in asavasna?
- Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. It is also
recommended that you bring a change of clothes for after class. ?
- Yoga is a non-competitive practice, take a rest whenever is
need during the class ?
- We provide mats during class, blocks and straps will be
provided; towels and shower products will also be provided.
