Sweat with Hot Yoga in the winter
Beijing Hot Yoga is a detoxifying practice in an intentionally
heated environment (36-42° C). Come to yoga expecting to
sweat! Beijing Hot Yoga is an ideal practice for flushing the body of
toxins, increasing flexibility, and building core strength.
Each class is conducted facing a mirror, allowing students to
observe their progress and easily make adjustments to their
alignment. Our Beijing Hot Yoga classes are a pre-set sequence of asanas
allowing the practitioner to observe progress over time in a
systematic way.
Our studio is the first in China to offer the Moksha Beijing Hot Yoga
series, coming all the way from Canada. Moksha Beijing Hot Yoga is a
cardiovascular workout that takes place in a heated room. The
series strengthens, tones and lengthens the muscles while
calming the mind and reducing stress. All postures can and
will be modified to suit each individual body. A regular yoga
practice will help to improve concentration, balance and
endurance, all the while reducing stress. Beijing Hot Yoga is not
recommended for pregnant women or those with high or low blood
pressure.
